Let me introduce myself: Adam the Traveler
Share
I am Adam, a serial traveler. I travel for work, and a lot. By train, by car, by plane, always on the go for my job. And when I take a well-deserved break, what do I do? I still travel. Because I like to move, walk, breathe new cities and see new people. Am I strange? I don't know. I'll answer you when I return next time. When I close the door of my house or of one of the many hotels I stay in around the world, I close my eyes and try to remember which image or scent struck me most that day. The smile of an innocent child, the look of a woman accompanied, the sad face of a homeless man asking for charity. And often when I go abroad, to Europe or Asia, to America, to the Middle East, when I return to the hotel (at least when I return alone), closing my eyes I try to remember the most beautiful places I've seen, and the most beautiful women I've touched, that I've seen even for a moment, and those I've met in my life. Snippets of life that I will tell you, always running between a meeting and a presentation, between a meeting with distant clients and a fleeting date with a stranger on a break at the bar. A life lived without developing philosophies to impose on others, but always trying to repeat to oneself: it's my life, and everyone must live their own, if we are allowed to.
And I'm living my life looking for the best for me, because the more you grow the more demanding you become in everything: at the restaurant, with cars, with watches, with clothes and travel bags. And with women.
