Shipping policy

Shipments leave from Italy and delivery within Italy takes 4 working days (5 for the islands and remote locations). Delivery to countries belonging to the European Union (EU) takes place within 9 working days. For shipments outside the EU, delivery takes place within 12 working days and Voix Fashion may ask the customer to pay customs duties.
