Terms of service

1. The subject of these General Sales Conditions is the purchase of products distributed by the company Voix Fashion di Nicola Coppola – VAT number 04235081207, REA registration BO 578474 (hereafter Voix Fashion) made remotely via the telematic network on the website elegantroutes.com belonging to the same company.

2. These purchases are reserved exclusively for direct user Customers, with the exclusion of subjects such as traders, wholesalers, retailers, professionals, etc. who intend to resell the relative products to third parties. Each purchase transaction will be regulated by the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05; the information aimed at the conclusion of the contract will be subject to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/03 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, it will be subject to the regulations referred to in Legislative Decree 196/03.

The Customer will be contacted for clarification, if possible, within 3 working days from the submission of the complaint.

b. Operation

The purchase of products from the elegantroutes.com website implies that the Customer is aware of and accepts the general sales conditions described below. These general conditions are valid from 13 September 2024 until the day they are updated/modified by Voix Fashion. These general conditions may be updated/modified without prior notice. The update/modification of these general conditions will be valid from the date of publication of the updated/modified conditions on the elegantroutes.com website.

  • 1. The Customer undertakes and is obliged, whenever there is a change to these general conditions, to read them and to print and keep them.
  • 2. Purchase procedure for the Customer. The Customer undertakes to print and keep a record of the various stages of the purchase procedure, thus having confirmation of the procedure, in order to fully comply with the condition of art. 12 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 70/03. The purchase procedure consists of the following steps:
  • a) Registration on the site
  • Customers who intend to purchase products offered on the elegantroutes.com website can optionally proceed with registration for security reasons. They must be of legal age and are required to correctly enter their personal details and provide their e-mail address according to the methods specified on the website. The customer guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of all data entered and all information provided to VOIX FASHION, and agrees to hold the latter harmless from any third-party claim related to these fulfilments.
  • b) Choice of product to purchase
  • Once the registration process on the elegantroutes.com website has been successfully completed, the Customer can proceed to order the products of interest to him/her, filling out the appropriate online order form, indicating the details for shipping and billing. In any case, the Customer can proceed with the order even without registering. At any time prior to placing the order (see letter d below), the Customer may correct any errors made when filling out the order using the appropriate tools on the web page or in the related software.
  • c) Purchase method
  • The customer can only order the products in the catalogue available on the elegantroutes.com website and available, while stocks last, at the time the order is placed. Each product has a specific information sheet containing all the information required under articles 7 and following of Legislative Decree 70/2003 (in particular, product description, price, taxes and delivery costs, any discounts and promotions). In this regard, it should be noted that the image accompanying the description of each product may not be fully representative of its characteristics. All purchase support information is to be considered as simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of each single product. During special promotional offers, VOIX FASHION may make the purchase of products subject to conditions that differ from those given in these General Conditions. Such conditions will always be specified in the regulations supplied with the offers and included on the relevant product pages.
  • d) Completed order
  • Before sending the online order, the Customer must carefully read the information contained in the order summary to correct any errors or omissions, as well as having read and accepted the General Conditions of Sale and the information relating to the processing of his personal data and specifically accepted the unfair terms. By clicking on the ‘complete order’ button, the customer will send the online order; from the moment the ‘complete order’ button is clicked, the order will be considered definitive and can no longer be modified. After clicking on ‘complete order’, the customer will see a page with the message ‘order sent’. This message does NOT constitute acceptance of the order by VOIX FASHION.
  • f) Printing or saving documents
  • Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer undertakes to print and keep or save in electronic format a copy of the General Contract Conditions, a copy of the order summary, as well as any subsequent e-mail message from VOIX FASHION with the subject ‘order confirmation’.
  • 3. It is strictly forbidden for the Customer to enter false and/or invented and/or fictitious data during the registration process and during the purchase process without registration; the personal data and the e-mail address must be the Customer's own real personal data and not that of third parties, or fictitious data.
  • 4. It is expressly forbidden to make double registrations corresponding to a single person. VOIX FASHION reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
  • 5. The Customer releases VOIX FASHION from any liability arising from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by the Customer, the Customer being solely responsible for its correct insertion.

c. Conclusion of the contract

1. By sending the online order and clicking on the ‘complete order’ button, the Customer sends VOIX FASHION a proposal to purchase the product and/or products chosen from the online catalogue on the elegantroutes.com website. When the Customer places and sends an online order for the products chosen from the online catalogue on the elegantroutes.com website, he/she agrees to purchase them at the price and under the terms indicated in the General Conditions of Sale in force at the time the order is placed. The general conditions of sale must be examined and accepted online by the customer before sending the online order. Submitting the order therefore implies full knowledge and complete acceptance of the same. In case of different prices between the product list and the details page, the price currently in force is the one visible on the product details page.

2. The contract is finalised if and when VOIX FASHION notifies the Customer via e-mail that the order has been accepted. In particular, VOIX FASHION will not accept orders: – from customers who have defaulted on payments to VOIX FASHION and/or – from customers registered in the register of protests or subject to enforcement procedures and/or – from customers who do not provide real personal data, do not document their identity or do not make available the other data necessary for the delivery of the product and/or – if the address of the place of delivery of the goods is not in Italy and/or - sent by traders, wholesalers, retailers, professionals, etc. who intend to resell to third parties the products they purchase and/or - if the material is not available in stock at the time of the order and/or - if the Customer cannot or does not want to pay for the product. VOIX FASHION reserves the right to deactivate users who place orders with cash-on-delivery payment and refuse payment to the courier without giving notice of withdrawal or request to cancel the order.

3. The order will be considered accepted by VOIX FASHION, and the contract concluded, when the Customer receives an email with the subject ‘Order confirmation’ and a definitive summary of the information relating to the order code, the product(s) purchased, the price, shipping costs, payment method, and billing and shipping information.

4. The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the aforementioned data and to promptly communicate any corrections to VOIX FASHION, and in any case within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation e-mails. Any additional costs incurred due to errors in the data not promptly reported will be charged to the Customer.

5. The non-acceptance of the order will also be communicated to the Customer by e-mail; the reasons for the non-acceptance will not be specified in the e-mail message. If the Customer has already paid the price of the product and the shipping costs, the corresponding amount will be refunded within 2 working days from the sending of the e-mail message acknowledging the non-acceptance of the order.

6. In the event that the order is made from fictitious registration accounts or accounts created expressly to take advantage of promotions and discounts reserved for one-off customers more than once, all the different registration accounts may be suspended as well as the relative benefit of the points programme.

7. Voix Fashion does not accept orders for less than €10 (euros).


For example, in the case where different registration accounts are created but can be traced back to the same person (based on the name, shipping address, telephone number provided, etc.), in order to take advantage of the benefits for new registration.

d. Sales prices and payment

1. All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the elegantroutes.com website, which in any case do not constitute an offer to the public pursuant to Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, are expressed in euros and are inclusive of VAT and any other tax. VOIX FASHION is not responsible for taxes imposed by other countries.

2. The sale price of the product is that indicated on the elegantroutes.com website at the time the Customer, via computer link, submits the purchase order.

3. Payment can be made by credit card or cash on delivery of the products.

When placing the Order, the Customer is required to indicate the chosen method of payment.

  • i. If the Customer decides to purchase the products by paying the price by credit card, the total amount due for each sale will be charged only after the order has been accepted by VOIX FASHION and when the goods ordered are shipped or on the working day prior to shipment.
  • ii. VOIX FASHION reserves the right to ask the Customer, at any time, to send additional information and/or documents proving ownership of the credit card used to complete the payment. If the Customer does not comply with these requests, VOIX FASHION reserves the right to not accept the order, or to terminate the contract, promptly notifying the Customer via email to the address indicated on the order.
  • iii. In the case of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or the expiry date) will be sent, via encrypted protocol, to the selected payment gateway (e.g. Stripe, Paypal, Klarna) without third parties having any possible access to it. Furthermore, this information will never be used by VOIX FASHION except to complete the procedures related to the purchase and to issue the relative refunds in case of any product returns, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, or if it becomes necessary to prevent or report fraud on the website https://www.elegantroutes.com to the police.
  • iv. Payment for products by cash on delivery, to be made at the time of delivery, can be made by cheque made out to the couriers appointed by VOIX FASHION, or in cash, to be given to the courier at the time of delivery of the products.

4. For all sales, VOIX FASHION will issue an invoice at the time of dispatch of the accepted order.

e. Shipping costs

1. The total cost of shipping to the customer's home is charged to the customer for the amounts established below:

- IN ITALY: 6.00 Euro for orders less than 90 Euro; - no shipping costs for orders over 90 Euro.

f. Product delivery method

Integrity of the packages and correspondence in terms of quantity and quality with what was ordered.

1. VOIX FASHION will arrange for the products selected and ordered by the Customer to be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer by courier.

2. The purchased goods will be delivered to the Customer in the manner and within the terms described in the following points.

3. VOIX FASHION, having verified stock availability, will fulfil the accepted order within 4 working days, sending it to the address indicated by the Customer. For some products it may take a few days longer to find them; in this case the Customer will be promptly informed.

4. The Customer may only order products that are currently featured in the VOIX FASHION online catalogue available at elegantroutes.com.

5. If the request made via an online order exceeds the quantity available for a given item, VOIX FASHION may accept the purchase only to the extent actually available in its warehouse. VOIX FASHION Customer Service will inform the Customer (by telephone or e-mail) whether or not the products ordered will be available in the future.

6. DELIVERY IN ITALY

The normal delivery time for Italy, after shipment, is 48/72 hours (not including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and days preceding public holidays). In special cases, and if delivery is to islands or remote areas, delivery times may be extended to 72/96 hours (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and days preceding public holidays should not be considered).

7. The Customer will receive an e-mail at the time of shipment inviting him to make himself available at the delivery address in the following 24/48 hours.

8. Upon receiving the product, the Customer is required to verify that the product delivered corresponds to the order; only after this verification, and obviously without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for in art. i) below, should the Customer sign the delivery documents.

9. At the moment of delivery of the goods, the Customer must verify the integrity of the packages and that what was delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the accompanying document. In case of discrepancies, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days by fax to 051.0954617 or registered letter with return receipt, to VOIX FASHION Via Mezzofanti, 57 – 40137 Bologna (BO) or by certified email to the following address: Voix Fashion@legalmail.it

10. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, home delivery will be to the ground floor during office hours: from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m., every day, except public holidays, from Monday to Friday. The Customer is required to be available during the aforementioned times, in order to avoid any additional charges for missed deliveries by the express courier, charges that in the event of the Customer not being available during the aforementioned times will be charged to the Customer.

11. VOIX FASHION is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier to the purchased products.

g. Responsibility

VOIX FASHION assumes no responsibility for delays or in any case disservices attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the fulfilment of the contract within the agreed time.

2. VOIX FASHION will not be liable to any party or third party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the non-execution of the contract for the aforementioned reasons, the consumer only having the right to a refund of the price paid.

3. VOIX FASHION is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use by third parties of credit cards, cheques or other means of payment used to purchase products. h.

h. Guarantee of conformity

1. The products sold on the elegantroutes.com website are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Legislative Decree 206/2005) under the terms prescribed therein (art. 132 Legislative Decree 206/2005) as follows:

  • i. The seller is responsible, in accordance with article 130 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, when the lack of conformity becomes apparent within two years from delivery of the goods.
  • ii. The consumer loses the rights provided for in article 130, paragraph 2, if he does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect. The report is not necessary if the seller has acknowledged the existence of the defect or has concealed it.
  • iii. Unless proved otherwise, it is presumed that any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within six months of delivery of the goods was already existing at that time, unless this hypothesis is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the lack of conformity.
  • iv. The period of limitation for actions based on defects not intentionally concealed by the seller shall, in any case, within twenty-six months from delivery of the goods; the consumer, who is a defendant for the execution of the contract, may nevertheless always assert the rights referred to in Article 130, paragraph 2, provided that the lack of conformity has been reported within two months of discovery and before the expiry of the period referred to in the previous period.

2. Any other form of conventional or commercial warranty is expressly excluded.

i. Information on the right of withdrawal

1. Pursuant to articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/05, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the product received and obtaining a refund of the price paid.

2. Customers who for any reason are not satisfied with their purchase have the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the purchased product.

3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must:

  • a. Within the aforementioned 14-day period, send a registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Voix Fashion Via Mezzofanti, 57 – 40137 Bologna (BO) or a certified email to the following address: Voix Fashion@legalmail.it Within the same period of 14 days, a telegram or fax may be sent to the number 051.753307, to be followed within 48 hours by the aforementioned registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or certified email: Voix Fashion@legalmail.it to confirm the withdrawal;
  • b. Send the products to be returned to VOIX FASHION Via Mezzofanti, 57 – 40137 Bologna (BO) in a substantially intact condition.

4. The product must be returned to VOIX FASHION within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the product.

5. The costs of returning the products are to be paid by the Customer who, directly or by other means, will arrange delivery of the products to the aforementioned VOIX FASHION headquarters.

6. The Customer agrees to conserve and safeguard the products received and for which he/she intends to exercise the right to withdrawal, with care and diligence, in order to maintain their substantial integrity.

7. VOIX FASHION will receive the returned products, reserving the right to verify that they have been returned by the Customer in a substantially integral state. Only in this case will it proceed to refund the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of the products as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

8. Products that are not substantially intact will not be accepted by VOIX FASHION and will be returned to the Customer with additional transport costs.

l. Cost of using the remote communication technique

1. For all on-line services on the elegantroutes.com website, the connection costs applied by the Provider used by the Customer for the connection itself will be applied; the Customer must therefore contact his/her own Provider to obtain the necessary information about the connection costs.

m. How the concluded contract is filed and how to access it

1. To view the orders placed, which will be filed electronically by VOIX FASHION, and to reprint a copy if necessary, the Customer can connect to the website elegantroutes.com and, after having completed the recognition phase, access the ‘my orders’ section of his/her personal page and reprint the order. The Customer may also modify his/her personal data, after having completed the recognition phase, by accessing the ‘my data’ section of his/her personal page. The modification of personal data will not have any effect on orders already completed and sent online, but only on future orders. n.

n. Languages for concluding the contract

1. The General Conditions are available in Italian

o. Express termination

1. VOIX FASHION may terminate this contract by law pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code if the Customer engages in even one of the behaviours described below, without prejudice to compensation for damages in any case:

    • i) the Customer entering false and/or invented and/or fictitious data and/or data belonging to third parties during the registration procedure
    • ii) the Customer making duplicate registrations;
    • iii) the Customer failing to pay the agreed amount.

p. Jurisdiction and competent court

1. This contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of purchase contracts stipulated online through the elegantroutes.com website is subject to Italian jurisdiction and the Court of Bologna.
