Refund policy

According to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Italian Republic (Consumer Code), the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If you have made a purchase on our site, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to return the product and request a refund.
Returns are also possible if the product was purchased as part of a promotion.
To exercise your right to return, you must complete the return procedure indicated below in the instructions within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
For security reasons, we will only accept the return of products that are perfectly intact, and whose packaging has not been opened or tampered with.
The product must be in good condition, accompanied by its original packaging, complete with any external wrappings, accessories and instructions. For hygiene reasons, the product must not have been used, even for a short time.
If these conditions are not met, the return request will not be accepted.
RETURN PROCEDURE
1. To request a return, send an email to customers@voixfashion.com
2. We will reply with instructions on where to send the product, packaged in the original packaging and with the recipient details printed on the outside in a format that we will send you. The return can be sent to the address from which the goods were received, or another address or drop-off point can be indicated.

3. Once we have received the product and verified that it is not damaged or worn, we will confirm receipt of the return by email within 5 working days of receiving it. In this case we will refund the amount paid for the returned products, by crediting the relative sum using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 2 days from the email confirming acceptance of the return.
Following receipt of the product, Voix Fashion will send confirmation of a full refund, which will conclude the company's services. Only in exceptional circumstances and at the company's discretion, subject to written confirmation by email from the company, may shipping costs be refunded, either by sending money, a discount voucher for the next order or by sending a code for a prepaid shipment. There are no restocking fees or other forms of reduction of the amount to be refunded to the customer for correctly sent returns.
